Refund and cancellation policy

Our ebooks are digital products delivered instantly, so they can't be returned. Because of that, we don't usually offer refunds once an order is delivered. We will always fix a problem that's on our side.

When we refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment succeeded but you didn't receive your ebooks, and we can't fix it within 48 hours.
• A file is broken or unreadable and we can't send you a working copy within 48 hours.

Cancellations

Orders are delivered the moment payment succeeds, so they can't be cancelled afterwards. If your payment failed or you closed the payment window, no order is placed and nothing is charged.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@careerkit.in within 7 days of your purchase with your order number (it's on your order page and in your confirmation email) and a short description of the problem.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay reverses it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
